Helpful APPs
⭐ Editor's Pick Shotsy: Leading app to keep track of your shots, place of injection and your weight. There's a free and paid version, but honestly the free one is good enough for use of tracking.
⭐ Editor's Pick Happy Scale: For weight tracking, Happy Scale is my go-to. It’s really motivating because it shows trends, predictions and mini milestones that keep me focused without stressing about the scale every day.
Lose It!: Many use it to log meals and track food intake. It has a free version with a lot of functionality and there's even a plan specifically for those using GLP-1 meds.
Cronometer: If you’re into details, Cronometer is fantastic. The free version does basic macro breakdown - fat, carbs, protein, calories. It’s good enough for most people's needs, paid tier will track all the vitamins etc.
Me Three Sixty: I like it for visually tracking weight loss progress. It creates a 3D scan of your body and provides more than a dozen measurements.
Zozo fit: Similar to Me360 for visualizing body changes beyond the scale. It creates a 3D scan of your body, but with a sleeker design and more metrics to track progress.
MyNetDiary: my personal choice to track calories and protein. You can log meals manually, scan barcodes or take pictures for automatic input in paid version.
Water Llama: for those struggling with hydration, it gamifies the process, making it easy to track water intake.
Trainest: good app to start your regular fitness. It's easy to use, no subscription needed and the progress chart keeps you motivated.
Renpho: A comprehensive tracking app that pairs with their smart scales. It tracks multiple body composition metrics like BMI, body fat, and muscle mass.
Libra: If the scale stresses you out, this app helps. It filters out daily jumps and dips, showing your steady progress toward your goal.
